Full Calibration to Original OEM Specifications

There are many advantages to working with CPT to retrofit your outdated machine. Our retrofit packages are designed to provide substantial savings and a return on investment for your specific application, from injection molding, structural foam, and compression machines to extruders.

When you choose to retrofit a machine with CPT, you also get the benefit of our machine calibration and validation service. This service allows our customers to meet requirements for machinery calibration verification as required by ISO, QS9000, and other programs.

Our team makes the required adjustments to calibrate your machine back to its original OEM specifications for the following machine parameters:

Machine hydraulic pressures
Injection velocities
Clamp, injection, and ejector positions
Barrel and oil temperatures
Injection, cool, and cycle timers

We adhere to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and, following completion, the adjusted machine will receive a calibration certificate.
